Mr. Rajsic joined Kluczynski, Girtz & Vogelzang in October 2016 and his practice is centered primarily on school litigation defense in both state and federal court, defending civil matters, such as employment/wrongful discharge, civil rights, discrimination, contract disputes, personal injury, governmental immunity, personal injury, and other intentional torts.
Before joining KGV, Mr. Rajsic was an extern to the Honorable Janet T. Neff of the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. He completed an externship with the law firm of Kreis Enderle at their Grand Rapids location and after graduating, went on to work for a sole practitioner in Grand Rapids.
Mr. Rajsic earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Purdue University in 2011 and graduated magna cum laude from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2014 in the top ten percent of his class. While attending law school, he served on Law Review as a managing associate editor and competed in the Pace National Environmental Moot Court competition. He also served as treasurer of the Student Bar Association, tutored fellow students, and acted as a teacher’s assistant for Constitutional Law and Trial Skills.
When not practicing, Mr. Rajsic enjoys spending time on the golf course and taking in all Michigan has to offer with his fiancée. He enjoys watching in whatever sport is in season – especially if it involves his beloved Purdue Boilermakers.
