Mark Ostrowski

Mr. Ostrowski has been practicing in the area of civil litigation since 1992. He graduated from DePaul University College of Law located in Chicago, Illinois with honors finishing in the top 10% of his class. He was a member of the DePaul Law Review and the Order of the Coif.

He began his legal career with a large firm in Chicago, practicing in the areas of anti-trust, products liability, and complex litigation. He joined Kluczynski, Girtz & Vogelzang in 1998.

For over 30 years, Mr. Ostrowski has represented a wide variety of corporate, government and individual clients in civil matters filed in both state and federal courts involving such areas as: employment/wrongful discharge, civil rights/constitutional torts, discrimination, personal injury, contract, governmental immunity, property damage, slander-defamation, copyright infringement, and no-fault/motor vehicle accidents. He has successfully argued cases in the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and Michigan Court of Appeals. He also has experience in corporate matters and drafting of contracts. He represents defendants primarily but is willing to represent plaintiffs with meritorious claims.
