Mr. Radke received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1978.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1975 majoring in business.  While attending school he worked with Legal Aid in Detroit and he served as a clerk for the United States Attorney for the Eastern and Western Districts.  Mr. Radke started his legal career in Grand Rapids with a local firm representing clients in matters relating to personal injury, commercial litigation, domestic relations, criminal, probate, real estate and small business transactions.

Mr. Radke joined Kluczynski, Girtz & Vogelzang in 1982.  His litigation experience has been remarkably diverse, but he generally focuses on claims involving auto negligence and first party claims, liquor liability, construction accidents, products liability, fire and property damage, gross negligence, civil rights, employment law and contract issues.  Mr. Radke also specializes in estate planning and probate, real estate, business formation and litigation and family law.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association, and the Grand Rapids Bar Association.  He is and has been involved as a member of various other organizations and boards throughout his career.
